Action Agenda 3.d.- Discuss development schedule and committee meetings regarding 2026-2027 district budget. Janet Guthrie reported to the board the preliminary values from the taxing entities and that she has started a rough draft of the budget. She also reminded the board that HB1522 added new requirements for notices of meetings at which a governmental body will discuss or adopt its budget. The notice must now include a copy of the proposed budget unless the budget is clearly accessible on the homepage of the district's website, and it must include a Taxpayer Impact Statement. Janet stated she would be reaching out to the Finance Committee which includes Bob Zimmer (Chairman), Mark Howard and Allan Frerich to schedule a meeting.
