Receive legal advice from Counsel regarding notice of meetings of the Board of Directors pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. Mr. Zahn informed the Board that a recent legislative change effective September 1%, requires agendas to be posted three business days before the meeting. He further explained that the day of STWA Special Meeting Minutes August 19,2025 Page 6 the posting and the day of the meeting are not included in the three days. Therefore, Tuesday meetings will need to be posted on Wednesday of the previous week but this will need to be adjusted for holidays to allow three business days.
