Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

ELECTION OF BOARD POSITIONS General Manager Shadden - We have had this item on here several times but did not have everyone present to be able to vote on it. We need a Vice-President. This has been vacant since Greg Turner left. It is up to the Board you can decide now or think about it. Secretary Hankamer — I nominate Rick Nicely for Vice-President. Secretary Hankamer made a Motion to approve electing Rick Nicely as the Board Vice-President. The motion was seconded by President Caraway, and it passed by unanimous vote.
