Action Agenda 3.e- Consider approval of the Sope of Work between Intera and North Plains Groundwater Conservation District. Bob Zimmer moved to approve the Master Technical Service Agreement Work Order #4 with Intera for the commencement date of October 1, 2025, and to continue until September 30, 2026, on a time and materials basis not to exceed $88,868.00. Harold Grall seconded the motion, and it was approved unanimously.
