LJA TO SEND 30% DESIGN SUBMITTAL OF BRIDGES FOR HIGHWAY 62 AND HIGHWAY 124 General Manager Shadden ~ The design is at 30%, and it has been submitted to TXDot. We tried to have a meeting last Friday, but when he sent the invitation out, he didn’t invite Trinity Bay, the engineer or the County. So, that meeting was cancelled and they were going to try to do it again this Friday, but I have not seen the invitation yet. TXDot does have it, they have reviewed it and we are going to sit down and go over it, this is the plans for the 2 bridges we are building on 65 and 124 to see what their comments are. I do have a set of plans in my office, but they are very thick and very detailed so there wasn’t really anything I could put up on screen to look at, but they are at the 30% mark. We should be having a meeting with them, if not this week, then next week. President Caraway — Any questions? NO ACTION TAKEN
