Discussion and possible action to authorize General Manager to sign ‘Monitoring Well Construction, Operation, and Maintenance Agreement’ between GCGCD and CRWA - Mr. Gershon gave a brief explanation of why this action item is not required stating the District will prepare an action plan similar to one previously used in connection with SSLGC’s permit that required a monitoring well as part of SSLGC’s production permit. No action taken.
