Discussion and possible action to authorize General Manager to secure and sign an easement agreement between GCGCD and Hilmar Blumberg for access to site a District owned monitoring well to be drilled and completed in the Carrizo Aquifer – Ms. Cochran stated that Hilmar Blumberg has agreed to the easement agreement. A site visit is planned to verify the GPS coordinates of the new monitoring well. Once verified, the document will be ready to be executed and filed. Motion to authorize the General Manager to secure and sign an easement agreement between the GCGCD and Hilmar Blumberg to site a District owned Carrizo Aquifer monitoring well by Jeff Schuehle. Second by Matt Miranda. Motion passed.
