Action Agenda 3.e.- Receive Investment report ending June 30, 2026. The quarterly investment report for the period from April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026, reflects the North Plains Groundwater Conservation District investment transactions for all District funds subject to the District's Public Funds Investment Policy. The report describes in detail the District’s investment position as of June 30, 2026; states the maturity date of each separately invested asset that has a maturity date; and states the compliance of the investment portfolio of the District with the investment strategy expressed in the District’s investment policy; and relevant provisions of Public Funds Investment Act, Chapter 2256, Texas Government Code (the “Act”).
