The Board of Directors took no action on Service Authorization No. 2 under the Master Agreement with Gannett Fleming for the North Water Treatment Plant. The motion was made by Mrs. Ana María Perez and seconded by Mr. Gerardo Perez, and unanimously approved by the Board.
