Staff Report & Agenda Item Details
Discussion and possible action to amend budget for FY 2025-26 – Ms. Clark announced that the Budget Committee met on August 28th and asked Ms. Cochran to discuss the proposed amendments. Ms. Cochran explained that the expense categories of office and general counsel will be over the approved budgeted amount for FY 25-26. The current approved budget did not include the line item for intern/part-time help so that category will need to be reinstated. Additionally, the income category will be greater than anticipated. The Budget Committee recommends amendments to the current fiscal year budget, recognizing the net income will be negative. Motion to amend the FY 25-26 budget by Jeff Schuehle. Seconded by Robert Raetzsch. Motion carried.
