Discussion and possible action to enter into a Joint Prosecution, Common Interest, and Confidentiality Agreement with the Area Groundwater Utility Agency (AGUA), City of Laredo, Legacy Municipal Management District (LMMD), and Legacy Water Supply Corporation (LWSC) to formalize the attorney-client privilege, the attorney work-product privilege, or any other applicable privilege or protection from disclosure regarding the GMA-13 Carrizo-Wilcox Desired Future Conditions dispute and the Webb County Regional Water Project litigation against the Wintergarden Groundwater Conservation District and related parties; and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign the Agreement.
