Public hearing and discussion of an ordinance concerning a voluntary annexation request by Dr. Arturo Garza-Gongora, altering and extending the boundary limits of the City of Laredo to annex approximately 5.00-acres, more or less, tract of land located east of Bob Bullock Loop and north of E.
