Public hearing to consider and discuss the Archival Plan for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 or funding of the automation project and the Records Management Plan for preservation services performed by the Webb County Clerk. This plan includes a Records Archive Fee of $10.00 pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 118.025, effective September 1, 2019. The fiscal year 2026–2027 includes a stipend funded through the Records Management Fund.
