Review Engineer’s Report, engineering proposals and authorize necessary capital projects. Mr. Floyd presented to and reviewed with the Board the Engineer’s Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G. Mr. Floyd provided an update on the Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) sediment removal project, reporting that construction is currently ongoing and approximately 70% complete on Stream U106-013. He noted that recent rainfall has resulted in project delays. Upon completion of the current phase, the contractor intends to proceed with desilting operations within the District's area. Mr. Floyd reported that as approved last month, LEI is working on the E RP.
