12. Consider Approval of Reserved Stadium Seating Lease Agreement Description: A proposal was made to the administration that would involve entering into a six-year lease agreement with Learfield for the use of semi-permanent mesh stadium seating featuring the school logo. The agreement requires a minimum order of 100 chairs at a cost of $35 per chair per year. Shipping for an order of 100 chairs is estimated at approximately $600. Installation would be completed by our Maintenance Department and is estimated to take approximately four hours with one person. The district would offer the reserved seats to season ticket holders at a cost of $100 per seat per year. We would need to place the order as soon as possible in order to have the seats installed and available for the first home football game.
