Action Item: Consider the Termination Agreement with Texas Solar Nova 3, LLC, as presented, thereby terminating the Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes with Texas Solar Nova 3, LLC,  February 20, 2020 (Comptroller Application No. 1405), and authorize the Board President to execute such Termination Agreement on the District’s behalf and further authorize the Superintendent to notify the Comptroller that such agreement has been terminated.
