Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

Emergency Preparedness Plan We have completed our review of the District’s Emergency Preparedness Plan. There were no updates to the EPP outside of transferring the information over to TCEQ’s new form which was released later last year. We would like to submit the District’s EPP to TCEQ so that they have the most current form on file. We are tentatively set to begin our annual review of the District’s EPP in June 2027. ACTION – Request Authorization to submit the Emergency Preparedness Plan to TCEQ.
