LJA to set-up and attend city required pre-development meeting to present proposed development, review any new city ordinances that affect development. 433 Project Coordination During the design process, we will attend or conference in for project meetings with the Client and Architect and other project consultants, including surveyor, landscaping architect, traffic group, etc. We will aid during the project development phase and attend the necessary meetings for site plan review and coordination 444 Construction Documents Our office will prepare the site engineering plans for the proposed single-family residential subdivision based upon final schematic design documents and all applicable regulatory requirements. The civil engineering plans will be reviewed with the Client prior to submitting for permit. The plans will generally include the following: • Overall Layout: The plan will provide information to perform construction layout of the roadways, sidewalks, detention pond, and other site features. • Grading Plan: The plan will provide information to perform grading, including the existing contours, spot elevations for the proposed roadways, sidewalks, and detention pond.
