If a nominating committee is elected in November, the nominating committee will make the following recommendations to the Board of Directors at its regularly scheduled meeting in December: for the positions of Board Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, and Treasurer; for Executive Committee positions, consisting of the aforesaid Board officer positions plus two at-large positions. Under the Bylaws, if a Nominating Committee is not elected, then: The members of the Executive Committee shall be confirmed by a majority vote of the Board of Directors from among its membership at the first regular meeting of the Board of Directors held in the month of November of each odd-numbered year;
