Review and Discussion of Upcoming Solicitation Scope of Work for Professional Services Associated with the Design of Upper Martinez and Martinez II Improvements (RFQ 349-0687)

The San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) staff will review with the Board of Directors the proposed scope of work and evaluation criteria for the following professional services: Request for Qualifications Associated with the Design of Upper Martinez and Martinez II Improvements (RFQ 349-0687) The River Authority will request statements of qualification for engineering and architecture firms to provide professional services for design and engineering analysis. The scope of work would include: identifying recommended paths of repair or replacement of critical assets to the wastewater treatment processes at both plants; implementing improvements to increase the throughput and operational efficiency of each plant while restoring Upper Martinez's operational capacity to its permitted capacity of 2.21 MGD. Firms will be evaluated on criteria to include, but not limited to, experience and qualifications of the respondent and key personnel, project approach and management, and innovation.
