Strategic Plan Update For Fiscal Year 2025-2030

This update will provide an overview of progress on the San Antonio River Authority's Strategic Plan and highlight key accomplishments, challenges and priorities. Since the adoption of the Strategic Plan, staff have focused on advancing the plan's strategies and key metrics. Significant progress has been made across several strategies. Initiatives have moved forward as planned, including improvements to enhanced partnerships, expansion of flood support services, development of current park resources and expanded programs and services. Staff continue to integrate strategic objectives into day-to-day operations and decision-making. Several initiatives remain in progress and will continue into the next phase of implementation.
