Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

Bexar County Alamo Regional Mobility Authority (ARMA) will design and construct improvements for the Montgomery Drive and stormwater infrastructure system. The San Antonio River Authority has an opportunity to evaluate its sewer collection system within Bexar County’s (County) project limits and design any necessary rehabilitation based on system conditions. The intent is to join the bid with the County for the construction cost. The River Authority will achieve significant cost savings in the rehabilitation of its sewer collection system through a joint bid agreement since the County is already incurring costs for the roadway restoration.
