Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

Texas A&M San Antonio (TAMU-SA) and the San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) jointly own, manage and develop the Espada Park property. The use of the property is restricted by a conservation easement held by the Texas Land Conservancy as well as deed restrictions held by the City of San Antonio. An existing agreement between the two entities to master plan the property existed but has since expired. This Interlocal Agreement between TAMU-SA and the River Authority will outline the processes for the ownership, management and development of the property that is mutually agreeable.
