Briefing regarding the Fiscal Year 2025-2030 Strategic Plan

The 2025–2030 Strategic Plan was officially approved by the San Antonio River Authority Board in September 2024. Over the past year, staff have worked to develop strategies, establish performance metrics, and build a performance dashboard to track progress and ensure accountability. The goals approved in the plan are: Goal 1. Acquire strategic assets that increase the ability to preserve and enhance creeks and rivers throughout the basin. Goal 2. Grow our portfolio of engagement opportunities to ensure a diversity of accessible experiences. Goal 3. Leverage core services throughout the basin to further preserve and enhance creeks and rivers. During this briefing, staff will provide updates on the first year of implementation. This includes progress made toward strategic goals, key performance highlights and next steps for the upcoming year. Staff will also discuss the priority strategies that will be most of the focus for the next fiscal year.
