Article XV of the San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) Bylaws in conjunction with the Real Estate Policy delegates authority to the General Manager to purchase, lease, or grant land rights within specific thresholds. It is the practice of the River Authority to review real estate transactions with the Board of Directors twice a year. Attached is a list of projects with acquisition and leasing activities during the period of March 2025 through September 2025.
