Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Memorial Gardens of Laredo for the purchase of 150 individual burial plots with 300 interment rights for the Webb County Public Health (Indigent Burial Program), at a total cost of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($120,750). Grave opening and closing services are not included in the purchase price and will be paid separately as services are rendered; and authorizing the County Judge to execute the agreement and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
