Discussion and possible action to accept and enter into an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) under the Transportation Alternative Set-Aside (TA) Program for the construction of pedestrian sidewalk infrastructure in the City of El Cenizo in the total amount of $915,000, and to approve the associated resolution and order.  No local cash match is required due to the County qualifying for Transportation Development Credits (TDC) in the amount of $183,000; and to authorize the County Judge to execute all necessary and related documents.  All grant documents have been reviewed through the Economic Development Department, and the solicitation is compliant with Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures, and to address any other matters incident thereto. Issues :  El Cenizo is in need of proper sidewalk infrastructure. Solution :  The Texas Department of Transportation has awarded Webb County for the construction of sidewalks in El Cenizo. Result :  Funding will improve safety access and mobility for the residents of El Cenizo of all ages and disabilities.
