6. Report: Report Regarding Stakeholder Input and Planning Priorities for State and Federal Funds Presenter: Shannon Henderson Description: Purpose: To provide the Board of Trustees with a summary of stakeholder feedback and identified priorities related to the planning and use of state and federal funds for the 2026-2027 school year. Background: The attached planning document reflects feedback gathered through the District Site-Based Decision-Making Committee and a public stakeholder meeting. Participants included district staff, parents, and community members, with community members comprising the majority of those providing input. The document presents a summary of stakeholder perspectives and preliminary planning priorities. It does not represent the district’s final budget or a final allocation of funds. Stakeholder feedback will be considered alongside student needs, program requirements, available funding, grant requirements, and district priorities as the budget is refined. The superintendent and business manager will present the district’s overall proposed budget, including the refined plans for state and federal funds, as part of the district’s formal budget development and adoption process. Administrative Recommendation: This item is presented for information only. No Board action is requested.
