Discussion and possible action to approve and adopt the Webb County First Time-Yard line Installation Guidelines for the purpose of installing approximately twenty water yard line projects under Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) TXCDBG Contract CFC25-0287 in order to comply with Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements of providing safe, adequate, and sanitary sewer services to low and moderate-income applicants. Issue : The Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TXCDBG) requires that Webb County develop and adopt first time-yard line installation guidelines for the TXCDBG contract CFC250287. Solution : Webb County Commissioners Court to approve and adopt the proposed Webb County First Time-Yard line Installation Guidelines. Result : Webb County complies with TXCDBG & TCEQ requirements of adopting the first time-yard line installation guidelines for the installation of water lines for La Presa eligible low and moderate-income applicants under contract CFC25-0287.
