[Account #6100-1090-001-432001 (Employee Health Benefit - ISF - Risk Management - Administration - Professional Services)] Issue: At the Commissioners Court meeting of January 26, 2026, the Court approved by a majority vote to enter into an agreement with Gallagher for Employee Health Benefit Consultation Services; such approval requires an additional no-cost Agreement for the protection of Protected Health Information (PHI). Solution : Enter into the Agreement on the use of Protected Health Information (PHI) Result: Webb County Risk Management Department will continue to receive Employee Health Consultation Services from this new provider, Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc.
