The Board of Directors approved an order setting a public hearing for July 20, 2026, to consider a proposed Order amending Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Maximum Allowable Water Impact Fee, approved the form and content of the public notice for the public hearing, authorized the publication of the notice, and provided for an effective date. The motion was made by Mrs. Ana María Perez and seconded by Mr. Gerardo Perez, and unanimously approved by the Board.
