The Board of Directors received a presentation by SAMES, Inc, and CAPEX Resources Group on proposed amendments to the Agua SUD Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Maximum Allowable Water Impact Fee. The Board of Directors accepted the delivery from SAMES, Inc. and CAPEX Resources Group of proposed amendments to the Agua SUD Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Maximum Allowable Water Impact Fee. The motion was made by Mr. Gerardo Perez and seconded by Mrs. Ana María Perez, and unanimously approved by the Board.
