8. Action Item: Approval of property/casualty and auto insurance provider Presenter: Casey Nichols Description: This year we received 3 quotes with comparable coverage. The quotes were as follows: Offenhauser and Co. (Agent for TPS) $188,029.00, RMC of Texas $190,473.00, and Insurica $197,292.00. Since Offenhauser & Co (agent for TPS) has provided good, consistent customer service and responds to all questions and claims in a very timely manner, and was also low bid, the recommendation is to renew with TPS. The new premium has dropped from $205,616.00 in 25-26, to $188,029.00 for 26-27.
