(OMNIA Contract No. 23-6692-01) for a one (1) year term effective October 1, 2026 for a Jotform Enterprise Base Package that includes 5 users and 1 domain in an amount not to exceed $16,080.00 pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code; Sub-Chapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program, Sections 271.101, 271.102 (Cooperative Purchasing Program Participation) and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1380-009-464005 (Books and Subscriptions)] Issue: Court approval is needed to enter into an annual contract with the vendor to provide services for Business Office, Risk Management, Building Maintenance, and Public Health Services. Solution: Upon court approval, the purchasing department can issue a purchase order. Result : Departments can use these services to improve the electronic approval process.
